Fiesta Realty was established in 1982 by Jill Seagren. Jill earned her Real Estate Broker’s license in 1982 and began buying and selling real estate for herself and her clients. In the beginning Fiesta Realty focused on Residental Income (apartment buildings) property. In 1988, Jill expanded into the private housing market. 

Fiesta Realty has focused it’s business on beach area properties.  However, she has purchased and sold properties throughout San Diego County for clients.

Jill moved to La Jolla in l965. She is a graduate of San Diego State University with undergraduate and graduate degrees in Nutrition.  After several years of teaching nutrition at SDSU and UCSD she decided to make a career change into the Real Estate field.
